The scope focused on delivering a "turnkey" thermal distribution solution, ensuring that every component—from the factory-applied insulation to the final field joints—met the rigorous environmental and durability standards required for a world-class educational facility.
System Procurement & Engineering
Supply of PERMA-PIPE Systems: Provision of premium pre-insulated piping components specifically engineered for high-efficiency chilled water distribution.
Field Joint Kit Integration: Supply and application of specialized jointing kits to ensure a continuous, water-tight thermal barrier across the entire network.
Advanced Monitoring & Technical Services
Integrated Leak Detection System: Commissioning of a continuous monitoring network capable of pinpointing moisture intrusion or jacket breaches to prevent long-term corrosion.
